Panasonic Q DVD drives are notorious for breaking as the plastic is very fragile. Recently, replacement DVD drive rails for the Panasonic Q were published (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3448038), these work but sometimes the disc tray gets damaged as well and it will no longer work with these rails. I designed these small shims that are glued on both sides of the drive rails - they prevent side to side movement and you can even use damaged trays successfully with the shims installed.
