I designed a Speed Wheel for my Panavise Jr. and upgraded it with retention nubs to prevent it from falling off while spinning quickly. The original wheel often detached, but this one fits tightly and only comes loose when I want it to. The orange "feet" on the bottom of my Panavise Jr are made of Sugru.
