I'm trying out the $30 3D Scanner design from pinshape.com/items/22342-3d-printed-the-30-3d-scanner-v5-updates/. I used the free software 3DF Zephyr from 3DFlow.net to render images. My project was printed using an XYZ Printer Da Vinci Jr 1.0 Pro with PXmaxilion white filament at 200 degrees Celsius, and the XYZMaker software handled supports at a 25-degree angle with four layers for top, bottom, and sides.
