This my enclosure design for a PanelDue with 7 inch touch screen display. Details of the PanelDue can be found at:-http://escher3d.com/pages/order/products/product2.php To enable the box to be printed on a 200mm wide printer the controller is mounted on the case lid behind the display. You will need a short M-F ribbon cable to do this. The cables are readily available as Raspberry Pi GPIO extenders. The disadvantage of this is that to access the reset and erase buttons you need to remove the back cover, but as they are not normally needed in use, only for firmware loading, it isn't a problem. The mount is for an Ormerod 2 but as it is bolted to the enclosure it would be easy to use an alternate mount. Be careful when mounting the boards that the pillars do not split. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Ormerod 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Any Infill: 20% for enclosure 60% for mount Notes: You may want to print in PLA if you have problems getting ABS to stick.
