Since REI is out of stock, we designed and build one. http://www.rei.com/product/745738/novara-pannier-klickfix-lower-replacement-parts Instructions The overhangs droop and the layers are in the wrong orientation for the stresses involved. All prototypes so far have failed in printing or in use. Still working on it! I've added a few more versions. I'll update after testing.
