4 mm Screw Extruder to 3D print using plastic Powder (no filament!). Tested with Polycarbonate (PC) Powder at T = 290°C, see video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=13jkwoyeeak Download 3D Fox Printer Controller for Android here:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fox3d.controller Plastic parts are made with TreeD filament: http://treedfilaments.com/ This is just a proof-of-concept, a 4 mm screw is too small for practical use (only works with very fine powder) and direct-drive does not provide enough torque for higher speeds. Update March 2018: a well funcioning Pellet Extruder is now finally available, see https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2821132 and https://www.direct3d.it
