<p>The 18 leaves are suspended between 2 discs and hold together uniquely thanks to the resistance of the material. The print travels give a nice fabric-like textured aspect while the natural tension of the leaves gives it flexibility and a sens of lightness.</p> <p>I used a common E14 lamp cord set found in a store (a bit like this one: <a href="https://laad.in/2XjiOAX">https://laad.in/2XjiOAX</a> )</p> <p>You can either print the 3 feet or use standard 12mm diameter (0.47244 Inches) wood sticks as pictured.</p> <hr/> <p>Full print, with 3 feet, uses less than 120g of PLA.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Giving a 25° angle to the leaf you can print 3 at a time.</p> <p>Assembling it can seam a bit tricky at first: start by installing 4 leaves in the 4 cardinal points (so everything stands by itself) and you can then easily install the remaining leaves.</p> <p>The thicker extremity of the leaves should be facing the inside of the lamp.</p> <p>-</p> <p>Rafts: For the feet only<br/> Supports: No</p> <p>Resolution: 0.15 (Discs + leaves) - 0.2 (Feet)</p> <p>Infill: 100% (Discs + leaves) - 25% (Feet)</p>
