The Paper Roll Holders act as a convenient solution for protecting large rolls of printing paper. They are strong, stackable, and scalable, and have already been used by a small printing company.Lutheran Printing Services is a small printing company run by students and teachers at Milwaukee Lutheran High School. The company has many types of paper available at once (sticker, vinyl, etc.), and they come in large, heavy 48" x 50 yd rolls. Lutheran Printing Services needed a safe way to store the paper rolls they were not using, as do many small printing businesses. Paper Roll Holders are the solution. This design can easily be 3D printed; it can be scaled (down to 50%) to fit any printer without sacrificing functionality. The two pieces simply snap together, which requires a bit of force, and they will not rip apart. The holders hold heavy paper rolls and keep them accessible while protecting them from whatever shelf or surface they are stored on. When not in use, the Paper Roll Holders can be stacked and stored.Lutheran Printing Services have used these Paper Roll Holders for the past year. They work perfectly and have never broken, and the company requested more.
