This paper towel holder mounts on the table top, or workbench. I needed this as I did not want to drill into new cabinets to hang it from and the tile backsplash was off limits as well. This was a good solution I had a nice little sturdy shelf to mount it to, but the concept is valid for mounting on any horizontal surface.
