This is a Paper towel & Toilet paper holder. it's installed vertically and helps in single handed operation. For each model you'll find four configurations ( with/without screws - XL or standard size) I personally use without screws - standard size. I stick them to the wall using double sided 3M heavy duty mounting tape. Printed in PLA (although with heat it may sag and loose it's grip, so ABS and PETG are also an option), no supports @ 0.2mm layer height with 10% to 15% infill. Best of luck.
