Couldn’t find a perpendicular mounted roll holder, so I made this one. I used PETG filament, 13mm diameter round x 1mm thick N52 magnets (inset dimensions) and epoxy for assembly. PTH_Base - Thick print (1.5mm shell or better and 15% infill). PTH_Cap - Thin print (~1mm shell and 5-8% infill). PTH_roller - Thin print with supports and raft to help eliminate warp. Assembly - Cleanup as needed to fit the roller into base. Glue these together and clamp (ensure the roll is perpendicular). - Cleanup cap and roller end if needed. Be careful with test fitting magnets if they are snug in the insets on the roll and cap. - Cut a small circle (plastic wrap or wax paper) the size of the roller end and put this between the magnets to serve as an epoxy shield. - Apply epoxy to the roller end and cap for the magnets. Put the 2 magnets with wax paper in place on the roller end first and then clamp the cap in place (keep things square). - Finally, apply your favorite double stick tape to the base (auto body type works for me).
