Paracord Tensioner

Paracord Tensioner

This paracord tensioner can be used to lash an object with paracord or as a guyline tensioner. To lash an object like a sleeping pad rolled-up, use two half-hitches or buntline hitch to fasten one tag through the hole near the crown of tensioner and run the other tag around the object and through the other hole and pull tight and down into the teeth to hold the tag fast. I looked at other tensioners and I didn't like how they were tilted at a 45° instead of laying flat when used to lash my sleeping pad. I don't think the others were intended for anything but tensioning guylines for tents/tarps. I printed mine with the tooth side down with tree supports for the area above the teeth. Worked great for my needs. I printed with PCTG, I did not test with PLA.
