(See pics what goes where) - Visually inspect all solder joints (compare with the pictures here) - connect battery via xt-60 and see if the display works - (Adjust display if needed- check voltage with multimeter or charger and turn the screw on the displays back to adjust) - Remove the small vertical supports in the inside of the 3dprint (4x) - Use a hair dryer (or heatgun, low temp) to heat up the back part where the two noses are - Bend the noses away from the print, slide the board in - Heat again and press the noses inside again - Boards is now rock solid in the print and ready for action! Usage: - Connect batteries one after another, remember voltages - In my experience you can connect them without danger if they all differ within 0.1V per cell (0.6V at 6s) - Tested at 6 Ampere 6s (My charger does not manage more) For up to 15A order the PCB with 2oz copper thicness Wanna buy me a beer for the work?
