My first attempt at a parameterised model. I need to connect a 20x20 (Bosch Rexroth) aluminium profile vertically to a flat 20x40 profile at 45 degrees. This model has tabs that will sit in the slots on the 20x40 profile. The model has the following parameters:attachAngle: Set the engle at which the vertical profile attaches to the horisontal profile.Insert: Sets how far the tabs insert into the verticle profile.Tabs: If false, tabs are left off to produce a flat end plate.Hole: if false, leaves the hole for a flat end plate.tol: set the tollerance for your printer. OpenSCAD model included for further customisation Update: I've measured the STL in Sketchup with calibrated models of my aluminium profile (Pictures added) to confirm that this should fit perfectly.
