<p><em>UPDATE</em></p> <p>2019-03-20</p> <ul> <li>I split the money from the shares for those that use poker chips.</li> <li>I reduced the total dimensions of the inserts to 283 X 220 X 60, reducing the long dimension of the boxes (was 225mm) to 220mm.
