Parametric Card Caddie and Lid - Stackable

I'm pleased with the stackability feature, however, a missing lid seemed out of place. I've taken the liberty of adding one anyway. It doesn't seem practical to include the lid when the stackable functionality is disabled, still, here it is for your consideration.
