Card tray for board game card stacks. Essential for keeping tall piles of sleeved cards from falling over during play. I have printed tons of these in different sizes for a lot of different games. Se Instructions for tips on how to customize this for different sized cards and stack heights. The default values are for my standard tray for Card Driven GMT games with draw and discard pile, for cards sleeved with Arcane Tinmen Standard sized Board Game Sleeves (grey), as is depicted in the picture with Wilderness War. The design is parametric regarding card dimensions, stack height, material thickness, and the number of tray rows and columns. Instructions I normally make a stack of 10 or 20 cards and measure that with a vernier caliper. Then, for my printer, an added 3 mm in both width and height gives a good, just right, fit. Depth is customized depending on the need of each particular game depending on expected stack height. 2 mm wall thickness is usually plenty. Following is a short list of the dimensions in millimeters of a few different sleeve sizes that I commonly use. (Don't forget to add a few millimeters, I do 3, not to get a too tight fit.) Best is of course to measure for yourself, but it's added in case it's helpful to someone. Arcane Tinmen Small (red) 46 x 72 Arcane Tinmen Standard (grey) 67 x 94 Arcane Tinmen Medium (green) 59 x 93 Arcane Tinmen Large (blue) 63 x 97 FFG Square (for Power Grid) 73 x 73 FFG Yellow (Eldritch horror) 44 x 67.3 Mayday War of the Ring 71 x 122
