Recently I bought a T12 soldering station kit without case, with the idea of making my own with my printer. So, I came up with this very simple yet useful design. It basically consist of a profile wich provides rails to easily fit panels to conform a box. As FreeCad file is provided, you can change dimensions to fit your needs and make plenty of boxes! Profile has a screwhole, whose diameter can also be changed, to fix a panel to it (just as I have done with the T12 case). It's also provided a finishing corner in case you use the same profile not only for lateral panels but also for a front or back one. These corners should be glued. I tried printing profiles in vertical position, but print time raises up to 3 times. Printing in horizontal position gives good results and no supports are needed. Different infills should be tested to suit your preferences, 25% infill with 2 perimeters shells its quite stiff. As it can be seen on the pictures, end result is really neat and good looking. I'm looking forward to use this design in various projects that were waiting for some solution like this one. Happy printing!
