Parametric Clamp
thingiverse
This parametric clamp can be modified with numerous options using its OpenSCAD module. You have the power to enable/disable the base, adjusting size parameters accordingly. Additionally, screw holes on the jaws can also be customized by enabling/disabling them with specific diameters and optional nut recesses. The full list of parameters is provided in the instructions for this design, which are as follows: load the design into OpenSCAD and personalize the parameters as needed. These include: base (enable/disable), base_thickness (thickness if enabled), base_width (width if enabled), ring_thickness (ring thickness), ring_inner_dia (inner diameter of ring), jaws_thickness (jaws thickness), jaws_width (jaws width), break_width (break width), screw_diameter (screw hole diameter), screw_count (screw hole count), nut_recess (enable/disable nut recess), nut_diameter (nut recess diameter), nut_thickness (nut recess depth), height (clamp height). After customization, export the design as an STL file and either print or import into your preferred CAD software for further integration.
With this file you will be able to print Parametric Clamp with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Parametric Clamp.
