Parametric Coin Storage Tube(s) + Cap (modified)

I have added some customizations to the original openscad design by newq. - Customize the height and width of the slot cutout on the sides of the tube - Customize the width of the cap cutout - Choose whether to print the holes in the cap and the bottom of the tube - When not generating the cap, the extra height from the tube is removed - The default coin and quantity is 40 quarters, because that is what I used it for :) Depending on your printer/settings, you _may_ run into issues with the bridge across the tube cutouts. My only issue was that the first layer of the bridge (obviously) didn't follow the curve of the tube, so there was a tiny bit of the filament that stuck out into the tube. This didn't really cause any issues though, as the coins just kind of push it out of the way. If your coin is not pre-defined, see the instructions on the original design page for more information.
