Parametric Dice

I'm learning to create parametric dice using OpenSCAD for educational purposes. A second iteration of the code is included, courtesy of Bikecyclist's comment on Thingiverse. The third version of the code enables customization of the markings on each face of the die. The fourth version adds a feature that allows users to choose between holes and spheres as marks on the sides of the dice.
