This is the fully parametric Fusion360 file for my dot wall hooks. The model is in two pieces that join together by screw threads. This removes the requirement for support, and lets the top surface/face of the dot to be ironed by your printer. The dowel is hollow at the screw hole so you can adjust the tightness of the drywall screw while the hanger is mounted. There is also ample clearance between the shaft's top and bulb top, so you should be fine without supports even if your printer doesn't bridge well.
