Parametric Euro Inset Hinge Jig

Euro hinge drill jig for drilling screw holes for inset hinges and corpuses without hole rows. I build this jig because the standard Hettich jig cannot be used with inset hinges. For other hinges the standard Hettich jig will also do a good job. If you have a corpus without rows of holes use this jig to drill the hinge holes. The uploaded files have a cup distance of 3 mm and a door with of 15 mm. Adjust at least these settings to your needs before using it. Usage: Drill the cup holes, e.g. with the Kreg tool and place one jig into each hole. Align the door to the corpus and drill the four holes on each hinge. Remove the jigs, put the mounting plate and hinge into place, tighten the screws and you are done.
