Parametric FT-817 Crank Knob

I decided to print out a new higher quality knob for my FT-817 on my replicator. I soon discovered that the model used to print the knob on my cupcake didn't fit right when printed on my new bot with better tolerances. I decided to make my new knob parametric so I could easily make any adjustments in the future. The knew knob is awesome on my radio. Instructions 1) Print the knob. 2) Remove the rubber grip ring from your stock FT-817 knob. 3) Remove the set screw fully from the stock knob. You will need a 1.5mm allan key for this. 4) Slide the stock knob straight off and place the new crank knob on. 5) Tighten in the set screw on the side but don't crank it down too tight. 6) Put the rubber grip ring on the new knob. Now you are ready to hook your radio back up and spin the dial for those QSOs.
