Parametric JHead / E3D holder with ring Led and Inductive Sensor Support

I need to swap out my default FolgerExtruder to illuminate my X carriage. So I've decided to use a JHead and a bowden extruder, which is explained in another post. I designed this version with the ability to add an inductive sensor and ring light. It's parametric, so it can be adapted to fit any other Mendel/JHead/Fan/Sensor/. I prefer printing individual parts to minimize printing issues and repair small parts instead of a single large one. Work is still underway; I haven't printed it yet.
