Custom dividers for the LEGO sorting top trays (#45499) that come with WeDo 2.0, MINDSTORMS Education EV3, and Simple Powered Machines kits. These trays also fit the small (#45497), medium (#45498), and large (#9840) LEGO Education storage boxes. To use, set a few variables to define your desired tray and divider configuration, then print! All options are documented in the SCAD file. My prints were splitting when they cooled (1.5mm walls, ABS filament), so I added the Mini_Supports option to thicken the ends of the dividers and keep everything together. Increasing nozzle temperature also helped. For trays with multiple long dividers, setting Divider_Supports = true; will join the ends of the dividers to keep them from flexing and breaking off.
