Parametric Measuring Stars

We've taken Ken Hackbarth's Measuring Stars and adapted it for OpenSCAD, so you can measure pens for demoing the Parametric Finger Pen Holder. Two measuring stars are supplied: one for diameters of 5–9½ mm, and the other for 10–14½ mm. To adjust the ring gauge sizes, simply change lines 9-10 in the source code to get the dimensions you need: min_diam = 5; // smallest ring diameter diam_step = 0.5; // increment between ring sizes
