A simple piano hinge for replacement or production. Print twice and put a wire or paperclip through the barrels of the hinge. Openscad source file is provided so you can customize it. Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: Prusa Clone Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 100% Notes: print 2 copies solid, unfold a paperclip and heat it with a lighter then feed it through the holes. Predrill the holes on the flange and screw pop-rivet or use a 3-doodler to make plastic rivets as I did. I used this to fix a briefcase and a metal box lid. Post-Printing Some sanding may be required for smooth operation.
