Parametric Pipe Clamp

Parametric Pipe Clamp

thingiverse

Rewrite the OpenSCAD script to create a customizable clamp with or without a mounting plate. Customize parameters such as shaft diameter, width, thickness, leg length, leg thickness, hole position(s), and diameter. By default, mount holes have six sides for printing on its side. Use "clampWithMountPlate()" function if you want to include the mounting plate or use "clamp()" function without it. All dimensions are in millimeters. Don't forget to output the design as an STL file before 3D printing. Default settings: shaftDiameter = 25.4mm, clampWidth = 20mm, clampThickness = 2.6mm, clampLegLengthFromShaft = 12mm, clampLegThickness = 7.2mm (increased from 'clampThickness' for leg thickness), clampLegGap = 10mm, clampToClampScrewCenter = 6.8mm (centers the hole on the clamp leg), clampScrewDiameter = 3.5mm, shaftToMountPlate = 0mm, mountPlateThickness = 5mm, mountPlateLength = 38mm, mountHoleSpacing = 30mm, mountHoleDiameter = 3.5mm, screwHoleSmoothness = 6 (printable vertically), and clampSmoothness = 60.
