<p>I needed some clamps for an unusual PVC pipe I had laying around. So I made this design inspired by our local generic hardware store clamps. It's parametric and can be customized in Fusion 360. The minimum pipe diameter is 16mm.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>There are two models available:</strong></p><ol><li>Pipe Clamp Interlocks Parametric.f3d<br>Pipe clamp with interlocks so you can save on screws when mounting multiple pipes (with varying diameters) next to each other.</li><li>Pipe Clamp Parametric.f3d<br>Pipe clamp without interlocks for a clean one pipe look.</li></ol><p><strong>Parameters are:</strong></p><ul><li>Pipe diameter: The diameter of the pipe you want to clamp</li><li>Wall thickness: The thickness of the clamp arms. I found that 1.5mm worked great for PLA</li><li>Tolerance: The tolerance between interlocks (lower number means tighter fit) I found that 0.07mm provided just enough so it won't slide out on its own and fit snuggly.</li></ul><p><strong>To change the parameters:</strong></p><ol><li>Load the .f3d file in Fusion 360</li><li>Go to Edit → Parameters</li><li>Set Parameters to your specification</li><li>Export as .stl</li><li>Print :=)</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Supports: not needed</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Changelog:</p><p>07.11.2021: Initial Upload</p><p>08.11.2021: Added Version with interlocks</p>
