OpenSCAD provides an enclosure model for 60mm x 80mm prototype boards, but adjustable parameters allow it to accommodate various sizes and heights. Although ABS curling issues have hindered successful prints on a Makerbot, smaller sizes work well with potential improvements from an upcoming HBP kit. The design assumes flawless printing, so extra tolerance parameters might be needed. To use the model, load enclosure.scad in OpenSCAD, adjust parameters for dimensions, mounting holes, and height requirements, then compile, render, export to STL. If a lid is required, uncomment enclosure_lid() at the bottom of the file before repeating the last two steps. Finally, Skeinforge, printing, and drilling/carving screw holes complete the process.
