Parametric Pulley
thingiverse
This parametric pulley is designed to be affixed onto a bearing and features flanges for maintaining belt positioning. Initially, it was intended to prevent my Mendel X-axis belt from contacting the fixed flange. The parameters are in millimeters, with Flange_Shape being 1 for squared edges or 2 for rounded ones. You may need to add a small amount of extra space to Belt_Width to allow clearance. The part prints smoothly and securely fits around the bearing; however, installation requires a hammer. For use on a RepRap, due to flanges increasing pulley size beyond the bearing, it's necessary to include a washer on each side.
