The revised box design includes rounded corners for enhanced comfort and safety when handling or carrying it around. The radius of the corners can be adjusted from 0.1mm to 10mm. I made some improvements in version 1.1 by increasing the number of facets on the rounded corners, resulting in smoother edges and more accurate dimensions. You can customize the compile time vs. smoothness by adjusting $fa and $fs in the roundedRect module. I've also kept the original design if you prefer. The box was printed using a MakerBot Replicator 2X with ABS filament, at low resolution with 10% infill and 2 shells, with default settings for everything else. Enjoy!
