Pretty much the same box design I uploaded before, except this one has rounded corners. This makes the box feel better in your hand and you don't get gouged if you need to carry it around in your pocket. You can vary the radius of the corner from about 0.1 mm up to around 10mm. Enjoy! Update: 12/2/13 - Version 1.1 I noticed that the boxes were ending up a little under dimension and tracked the problem back to too few facets on the rounded corners. I reworked the roundedRect module to use cylinders with facet count control ($fa and $fs). I cranked up the number of facets and the corners are smoother and overall dimensions are closer to the mark now. This increased the compile time on OpenSCAD, but you can tinker with $fa and $fas in the roundedRect module if you want to tune compile time vs. smoothness. I also left the original version if you prefer to use it. Enjoy! Instructions I printed the box shown in the photo on a MakerBot Replicator 2X in ABS, at low resolution with 10% infill and 2 shells. Everything else was at the default settings.
