Parametric shaft collar. If you have the space for it, a 3d printed clamp collar can be very strong. 8 parameters so you can make any size .stl file is for a collar on a 3/8" shaft using a 1/4" bolt. Instructions You can make any size or shape using .scad file. You may need to experiment a bit with the parameters to get what you want. Suggest print at 1.00 fill. Suggest using washers with bolt to maximize strength. Suggest drilling out 3d part. Glue metal washer to end if collar will be subject to wear. Parameters allow you to make a long collar with multiple bolts if even more strength is needed.
