Parametric toy sword

thingiverse

This is a toy sword I made for my son. It is composed of 7 parts, 5 of which clamp together and two of which require a bit of glue (but glueing all parts together is a good idea anyway). The STLs give you a 48 cm long sword with the parts easily fitting on the bed of a RepRapPro Mendel. The scad-file allows you to customize the sword and tweak several parameters. It also allows you to include a word (e.g. a name) in the blade. For this, the More Fontz library by polymaker (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:13677) is required, which should be downloaded separately.
