Parametric Tube for Kwalus' Microscope

The OpenSCAD design of Kwalus' microscope eyepiece/objective tube has been developed to accommodate specific lenses (however, its parametric nature allows for easy adjustments to fit other lenses): Thorlabs LA1560 and LA1540. So far, only the tube has been printed; with an additional light source from below, it produces a clear image using one LA1540 lens in the objective part and an LA1560 in the eyepiece section. Further enhancements include adding another 1560 lens in the eye part and incorporating a Tekton LED worklight for improved magnification and clarity. Although not as effective as a 50W halogen lamp, this setup provides good results without melting the microscope.
