Generated .stl files are for boom dimensions 15x15mm. Reflector and directors are made of 3.2 mm aluminum AL-MG welding wire. For a folded dipole balun box is suitable for a 70cm band antenna if RG316 is used to build a balun / impedance transformer. For Boom clamp M3 x12 screws and nuts are used. For 2part driven element box use 8 pcs. spax 2x10 screws and 1PCS PG7. Elements are meant to be held in place with epoxy, or some other type of glue, that should be applied in glue pot. I used hot glue for test. Lid have a smal groove, that is ment to be filled with slightly flexible sealant material. For easy-er folded dipole forming you can help yourself with thing no: 5975725. All parameters can be customized in OPENSCAD. When customizing please adjust boom_width and boom_height for boom dimensions box_x, box_y, box_h for balun box dimensions When adjustin box_x dimens, please also adjust dipole_offset_l, and dipole_offset_r folded_dipole_r for folded dipole radius. Set to 0 for normal straight dipole.
