This is a slightly remixed version of JuniorPotato93's MBS pulley. His model was great but I needed slight tweaks for my design: - Clearance for motor holding screws (that's why the pulley is sunk) - Customize-able number of teeth - Changed to metric bolts (use M5x70mm bolts, M5 nuts and washers) Current model is for: HTD-5M 15mm wide pulleys. This was designed in SolidEdge*, and you can use the Variables table (Tools > Variables) to change the pulley parameters. I expect you will only need to change the following: - N - Number of teeth (the model will probably break if you change too much, it was designed around 48 teeth) - Ro - an offset from the ideal tooth profile (positive value makes the tooth smaller, 0.1mm default) SolidEdge part files, STEP files, and parasolid files (xT) are included. Enjoy! Update 1: the recess for the hex nuts was 10.5mm by mistake, updated to 8.3 Students can get SolidEdge student edition for free: https://www.plm.automation.siemens.com/plmapp/education/solid-edge/en_us/free-software/student
