The parking brake cable broke on my 1995 Ford Aerostar. I wasn't able to obtain an exact replacement so I had to add a cable to the part which broke. There was too much slack so I tried to add an adjuster from an auto parts store. This was an inferior part, and broke immediately. A second adjuster broke as well so I had to design my own heavy duty part. Most of the items were easy to obtain from a local Ace Hardware store except the adjusting wheel bushings. 123D Design was used to design those parts.
