My wife got a little too close to our Miata in the garage and while I was looking for something to keep the van from getting too close I found this : http://www.camco.net/product/accupark-10489/ So I decided to try and come up with my own version Print the interlock test pieces first and make sure they will fit and need no special sizing in your slicer. You will want to print an additional end piece to cap off the end and as many links as needed for however many middle pieces you print. I would suggest a non rigid or brittle filament such as ABS or PetG that can stand up and bounce back from being run over. 3/16x1.75 tapicons will work perfectly with the countersinks I have. You will need a hammer drill to drill the holes in concrete. Otherwise you can try 3M adhesive tape. Print Settings Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 200 Infill: 15 Notes: I am using the 2.4 version of Cura and for infill I have Gradual infill Steps turned on and if you look in the picture you can see it makes the infill only where it is needed at the edges but still nice and sturdy. support will be required and us a non brittle material like ABS or PetG in order to get this to print i did have to turn off SKIRT also in the cura settings since it is very close to the edge of the bed at 195mm long. I was able to print 3 wide at a time.
