This is an adapter made to fit a Prakside 20V Performance battery. It has a place for (from left) an LED, a 5.2 x 2.5mm DC port, and an On/Off switch. Resistor connected to the LED is 1k Ohm, and everything is wired as in the picture. Assembly: 1. adapter_middle_v1/v2.stl goes on top of adapter_bottom.stl, and screws in with 4 x M4 bolts. 2. You can put your electronics now, or after the assembly, but now you have more room for manipulating everything inside ;) 3. adapter_top_main.stl goes on top of adapter_middle_v1/v2.stl, and screws in with 2 x M4 bolts. 4. adapter_top_cover.stl slides in a slot in adapter_top_main.stl The slot at the top of the [adapter_top_main] can be used as an expansion slot. If you take the design of the [adapter_top_cover] and keep the edges that slide in, you can modify it to your needs. I'm planning to make an expansion with retracting cable for the TS100, a place for the metal sponge to clean the tip, and a place for the soldering wire roll. Have a nice print!
