Parrot Sequoia Mount for DJI Phantom 4

This cradle was designed to hold a Parrot Sequoia Camera/Sensor. Any GoPro shaped camera should fit in the main body of the cradle. Because the Sequoia sits below the bottom of the cradle, you'll need the landing extenders. The Body Mount file will stick to the side of the sequoia with 3m double-sided tape. Use a carbon fiber rod to connect from the cradle, through the body mount, with the sunbase mounted on top. I will be adding notes and pictures for mounting and supplies needed to mount the Sequoia to the Phantom 4. I haven't designed the battery encasement yet. I have found a battery from Z-Copters that fits this design: https://zcopters.com/en/product/parrot-sequoia-mount-for-phantom-4-and-phantom-4-pro/ (just the battery option). You might also be able to power the sequoia off of the USB port of the drone. I've tested that on the ground - but I've not flown with it that way. I used the micro usb to usb-a adapter to plug (https://www.showmecables.com/micro-usb-2-b-male-to-a-female-6-in?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI9eSwnu2h3gIVAr7ACh0IvgM2EAQYAiABEgJD-PD_BwE). You'll want to make the rod tall enough to clear the top of the drone - but don't leave it stick up too much. In the picture showing the side view (where the rod comes down into the base) - the zip ties are there because the rod-holder split while we were in the field. I printed a new rod-holder and removed the zip-ties. The rod-holder can be attached with 3M double-sided adhesive. It works much better than trying to use a screw from the drone body to hold it in place.
