There are some changes needed on an Ender 3 to deal with the extra length of the upgraded CR-10 Plus or CR_10 Pro hotend from china. The 4mm thread x 6mm insert is added for the 4mm bolt to hold the fan. The original design has to use a small 3mm bolt because the hole is in the wrong place. The fan and duct works well. A lot more air than the 4010 fan. The cutout and zip tie opening is for a screw in M3 104GT-2 Thermistor. Printed with supports on build plate. UPDATE: After a few months the center roof of the outlet has started to sag from heat! The duct worked very well until the roof sagged. It still works well enough to print, but the design need to be reinforced. I did that, see V2 modification. UDATE 2: I removed the CR10 Plus Hotend. I just did not find any value in it over a stock hotend with the Creality hot end fix done and it shortened the z axis height. If you have one, this duct works to adapt it to the ender 3 but I did not see the value in it and tossed it in the trash after using it for about 3 months.
