Part Cooling Fan Duct for RepRapGuru Printer

This fan duct and mount points a 40 mm cooling fan directly at the hotend for part cooling, something the RepRapGuru printer lacks from the factory. Inside the duct part exist locations for nuts (either M3 or 4-40) to be held in for the corresponding screws to thread into allowing for them to be torqued without needing access to the nut. The mount part replaces the spacers that previously occupied the space between the fan and the heat sink on the hot end assembly (see assembly pic). There are two files, one for an M3 screw and one for a #4 screw to hold the two pieces together (the screw should just thread into the mount, it is undersized by 10% so the screw will tap itself in).
