I encountered a frustrating experience attempting to remove prints from the print bed, as they would frequently break or scratch the surface. To resolve this issue, I designed a solution. My calculations suggest that by elevating the base of the holder 1mm and tilting it at approximately a 30-degree angle, prints should be easier to detach from the build plate when printed directly onto its surface.
