Part tray for electronics disassembly

thingiverse

If you have ever needed to take apart a piece of electronics, you know that you can quickly end up with a pile of assorted screws, nuts, and bolts. Grouping screws in the order they are taken out can help you correctly reassemble parts without ending up with "extra screws". When I worked in the electronics contracting field, we used ice cube trays to organize sets of screws as we removed them. However, they are really bulky, and we rarely ever used the entire tray. This is a much more manageable size, and it has the capacity to hold some larger parts at the back of the tray. Instructions Print at 10% infill, with 1 extra shell and .25mm layer height.
