The motors of the DOF Reality Motion Platform develop reasonably high temperatures when used for long periods. That's why I designed this passive engine cooling. The cooling system consists of two rib holders and a cover that holds 10x10.5x1mm aluminum cooling ribs on the inside. The 13 cooling fins for the fuselage consist of 10x10.5x1mm aluminum U profile and are 140mm long for each rib. They are pressed into the holder and the cooling can then be put over the motor. The length of the cooling fins for the head cooling is best measured after 3D printing. Have fun tinkering.
