Passthrough PC4-M10 MMU Filament Sensor Cover

<p>This is a remix of ChapinDesignSolutions' PC4-M10 connector for the fs cover. I added a 4.3mm path for passing the ptfe tube through as well as a taper wider at the top so the ptfe tube can be removed more easily for maintenance.</p><p>Also included is the adapter printer with a 4.2mm path to hold the end of the ptfe tube firmly in place.</p><p>I use this with 3mm id ptfe but it should also work fine with 2mm as long as the adapter printer doesn't squeeze it too much.</p>
