His owner brought him to a World Horse Welfare clinic to receive treatment for a wound. The project team treated Patience and gave advice to his owner who is now able to take better care of him with his newly acquired knowledge. Patience was part of World Horse Welfare’s Borough Trail in Windsor and Chelsea between April and August. The master sculpture itself was created by acclaimed artist Judy Boyt based on the story of Lucas, a frozen and abandoned foal who was rescued by World Horse Welfare and has flourished into a beautiful sport horse.
