The package contains *.stl models of patien-specific aortic root obtained using three methods of reconstruction: automatic (Amira Software), Using CAD-reconstruction and original method of Mesh Uniform Crushing. All the models was reconstructed based on preoperative DICOM-data of patient N. intended for transcatheter aortic valve replacement with CoreValve (Medtronic Inc.) valve.You can find the detailed description of the reconstruction methods into our original research "Article.pdf". Please cite us ("cite as.txt") in case using the models for your research.
